In over 25 years of operation Compass Housing's primary function has been tenancy and asset management. Compass Housing strives towards continual improvements throughout the organisation. Any surpluses that the organisation makes are reinvested into additional housing and to support the growing need for affordable housing. Compass Housing manages a diverse portfolio of housing and manage over 3000 properties over varied programs with multiple rent arrangements.

In recent years, Compass Housing has experienced tremendous growth and with this growth we have also diversified business practices. Our experienced Assets, Projects and Maintenance Management team oversee the management of responsive maintenance, planned maintenance, construction and project management. Compass is currently contracted by Housing NSW to project manage the upgrade work in the Hunter Region, Central Coast and Far West region of NSW.
