Market Rental

The Market Rental Program relates to properties owned by other Agencies or private individuals that are managed by Compass, including aged housing, Aboriginal housing and day to day private owned rental properties. Compass Housing provides a full range of management services and one major objective is that the benefit to the tenant is greater than that available on the open market. Compass Housing is able to provide this by economic efficiencies so as to provide a cost effective service to landlords. There is also an incentive for tenants to pay in advance.

Fee for Service

Under this headlease agreement is a wide range of property management services offered on a fee-for-service arrangement with various clients. Such include arrangement of maintenance, asset management plans, lease signing, inspections and other assistance to private landlords and tenants.
