Affordable Housing

Compass Housing manages affordable housing on behalf of the Centre for Affordable Housing, in conjunction with Newcastle City Council and also properties that have been purchased by Compass Housing specifically for Affordable Housing, as well as properties managed on behalf of investors and developers.
