Compass offers two fee-for-service packages.

Services include*:

  • Issue timely invoices and statements of rental payments to residents as per the NDIS Terms of Business for Registered Providers.
  • Collect rents and pass on to owner, for each property.
  • Endeavour to ensure that each resident complies with their obligations under their lease or accommodation agreement.
  • Conduct rent reviews.
  • Ensure properties are in a good state of repair and appropriately maintained – we get quotes, coordinate and manage works, conduct quality control and pay invoices.
  • Maintain an activity log of any maintenance requested and preformed.
  • Prepare and submit quarterly financial and operational reports.
  • Participate in regular project partner meetings to share insights and develop solutions to any emerging issues with supporting residents to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Incident reporting.
  • Collate tenant feedback and carry out an annual satisfaction survey.
  • Other stakeholder management.

This package includes our standard services PLUS these additional services*.

  • Myplace portal administration.
  • Enrolment of SDA property with NDIS.
  • Annual attestation (assessor fee to be carried by owner; coordination only).
  • Transferring SDA payments received each month.

Our fees are highly competitive. We charge an initial administration/set up fee per SDA place and an annual fee for each package.
